11 - 06 - 2018

The inScience Communications team in Chester recently attend a careers event at University Centre Shrewsbury to promote ‘Careers in Medical Writing’ to a number of 2nd and 3rd year students.

Claire Mwape, Medical Writer and Andrew Thomson, Scientific Services Director attended the event on 5th June and gave short presentations to a small group of students to describe our company and what it takes to become a medical writer.

Feedback from the event was very positive, with the students asking a number of questions and showing a keen interest in medical writing as a possible career choice.

Many were genuinely surprised with the variety of types of projects we work on and the career opportunities that are available.  It is hoped that future careers events such as this can be attended by the inScience team to promote the business and recruit the next generation of writers.
